You can look around on forums like Zealot hobby forums, I mostly just google things or experiment on my own though

You probably don't want to pay the $500+ I'd ask for even the simpler ones.

Jokes aside making these need a lot of time work and patience. I'd really hate to re-make them. (I'm making a 2nd build of my Skyrim dragon and its SLOW) So basically they are not for sale.
But the templates are available for free, so you can take a shot on building them.
